Meet The Chef
Arkansas native, Chef Sidney Jones recieved her professional culinary training at one of the country's best culinary schools, L'Academie de Cuisine in Maryland. She studied under some of the DC areas top chefs, assisted in opening new restaurants, and worked as a gourmet private chef. Then utilizing her former experience in the field of education She returned to L'Academie to assist in teaching classic French cooking techniques to the next generation of cooks. Now, returning to her home state, She hopes to share her passion for local and seasonal cooking with you through services as a private chef and caterer.

Creating a delicious meal starts as simply as beginning with delicious ingredients. My menus are comprised of uncomplicated dishes using classical and modern techniques
to highlight and enhance natural flavors."
